BILLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

These Billing Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the payment obligations and processes between Your Patio Escape, operated by Areveek ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and the customer ("Customer", "you", or "your"). By accessing or using our services and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Pricing

Prices: All prices for products and services are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Taxes and Fees: Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or charges unless otherwise specified.

 

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • PayPal

  • Other payment methods as made available at checkout (e.g Apple Pay)

 

2.3 Payment Due Date

One-Time Purchases: Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Subscription Services (if applicable): Payment is due according to the billing cycle disclosed at checkout.


3. Invoicing

Invoice Issuance: Invoices are issued upon order confirmation or completion.
Delivery Method: Invoices are sent electronically via email or made available through your account dashboard.
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring all billing information is accurate and up to date.


4. Late Payments

4.1 Interest on Late Payments

If payment is not received when due, we reserve the right to charge late payment interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.

 

4.2 Suspension of Services

We may suspend or cancel orders or services if payment is not received within 10 days of the due date.
Services will be reinstated once all outstanding balances, including any applicable fees, are paid in full.


5. Disputed Charges

Notification Period: Any billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the invoice date.

Resolution: We will review and resolve billing disputes in a timely manner.


6. Refunds and Credits

Refunds or credits are issued in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, available on our website at yourpatioescape.com.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.


7. Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including sales tax or similar government charges.
If you are tax-exempt, valid documentation must be provided at the time of purchase.


8. Billing Errors

If a billing error occurs:

  • Overcharges will be refunded or credited

  • Undercharges may be invoiced for the remaining balance


9. Subscription and Recurring Payments (If Applicable)

9.1 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date, in accordance with our cancellation terms.

9.2 Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription by providing written notice before the end of the current billing cycle.
Access will remain active until the end of the paid period.


10. Payment Security

All payment data is processed securely using industry-standard security measures.
We use third-party payment processors and do not store full credit card details on our servers.
Transactions are protected using SSL encryption.

 

11. Changes to Billing Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Billing Terms at any time.
Changes become effective upon posting to yourpatioescape.com.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you to the Company in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

14. Entire Agreement

These Billing Terms and Conditions, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Your Patio Escape regarding billing matters.


15. Acknowledgment

By purchasing our products or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Billing Terms and Conditions.
